Ken Kirwan

A highly experienced and decorated retired detective who has worked to the rank of detective inspector and with 30 years’ experience in complex and serious crime investigation. Ken has worked on international criminality with Europol, Interpol and the ICCC and as a Home Office inspector of police forces under Prevent.

Ken is a lecturer in policing based at the University of Central Lancashire and University of Salford. He holds an M.A. in Criminology.
